That is my new travel blog starting in March 2026. A dream for years, it is public now to give me a nudge forward.
Travel will be by vehicle, train, bus and jet. An ambitious plan, the focus area to explore is New England and Upstate New York. As for the jet travel, that will be on a TBD (to be determined) status.
Rough for me describes 2025. The emotional highs have been weighed down by the lows. Many things I do to help manage my depression, have lost their edge. Feeling miserable while knowing it won’t last, doesn’t make the gloom less gloomy.
So, when I have a window open to fly out of, like a captured bird, out I go. I swish away what I can of the debris depression creates, and fly with ideas and lots of hope.
The new blog gives me hours of wonderful daydreaming as well as planning. The distraction in winter will be fun. I have the feeling the process might include YouTube videos. This is my holiday gift to myself. And I don’t even know where I’m going yet.
