It could be that the subject of blog titles, finding good names is becoming tiresome to read about here. So let me splash around in a different brain pool.
Brainstorming is all about a full fluffy easy brain play time vibe. The exercise can be like a good laugh clearing away one’s woes for a moment. Brainstorming, I believe, is healthy.
Even if you don’t have a core goal in mind, (like creating a blog title), you can brainstorm.
Consider this: Chose a subject to brainstorm each week. Write down and research your ideas in an Idea Notebook.
Don’t share your ideas if you don’t want somebody to use them instead of you.
If You ever do have an idea you want to go forward with, then lock down the legal matters first.
I do brainstorm titles but I’ve never thought of it that way,
ReplyDeleteMarie,
DeleteThinking up names is complicated nowadays because there are so many people posting on the Internet and buying domain names.

I guess times have changed since I first started my blog because I had no worries about domains and stepping on someone else's toes. I must have consulted with Mr. Google at the time to see if anyone else was using the name I chose and then I just went with it. Periodically I do a search but so far haven't come across anyone else using the same name.
ReplyDeleteMaryanne,
DeleteI’m glad your blog name is safe for now.
Internet browsing, I found a USA Today article that says salty is a popular slang word in 2022. Apparently, domain name speculators like it as well.
