Reflection Monday February 2026

Where are you going?

Today, tomorrow, next week,

it is always some place

you will be.

Thinking back about the importance of blogging…

The Internet has replaced a big percentage of personal interaction.

Blogging can create a community that will have a similar vibe to a physical neighborhood. People that don’t blog and/or read blogs regularly, won’t be able to fully understand how that feels. If you are in a blogging community, built by your own efforts over the years, then you are a fortunate person. 👍👏

  1. I do indeed consider myself fortunate with all the blogging friends I have found. Blogging definitely is a community unlike any other.

  2. Blogging has opened my world as other parts have begun to close (due to deaths, people moving away, that kind of thing.) I love it.

  3. Love your photo. It looks cold, and beautiful. And I appreciate this blogging community very much. We get to express our thoughts and share our photos each and every day. : )

  4. Wonderfully said, May, as someone who avoids other so-called social media (no names here), I appreciate the blogging community and the diversity of bloggers. While we may not all agree on what is in a post, there exists the opportunity to express oneself and most do so in a courteous and respectful manner.

    1. Beatrice,
A blogging community is a treasure to have.
Remembering things about bloggers is much the same as knowing what flowers a neighbor likes.
