Hello Debra, Happy Osprey painting! That's a huge nest in your photograph. Strange as it may be, every time I see a nest, I want to put an umbrella over it so the chicks don't get wet when it rains. On the other hand, the rain probably does clean out what can be a rather ripe bit of twigs. :)
Thank you Loree One of the most disturbing elements of what is going on in America, is the lack of leaders stepping up to speak against the intolerance. In some cases, it feels like those leaders (one might expect to hear from), enjoys the turmoil; and I'm not talking about our present President.
Yes-it's true-opinions seem to be quite violent these days.

Our social malaise here in the US has been disproportionately bleak and plain ol' ugly, but this watercolor gives it some beauty and understanding.
