This first week-end in March is brighter when at 5 PM EDT here in Vermont there is still daylight. The winter storm on the way can't block out the joy that spring is only a few weeks away. In a plastic container, flower seeds are doing their thing as I type.
Have a safe and relaxing week-end
Read about nasturtium
Bake a new to you cookie recipe

Looking forward to these new-to-us activities.
ReplyDeleteLiz,
ReplyDeleteI still use the first machine I bought over 50 years ago.
We'll have to see what you're working on at your craft blog. Headed over there right now. I like the idea of inventory your sweaters. I've been doing that lately, as we still have a couple more months of Winter here.
ReplyDeleteHave a relaxing weekend, my friend.

Sheri,
ReplyDeleteWinter sweaters can be recycled into neat things, like a sweater jacket, hats or holiday stockings.
Enjoy your weekend as well
I enjoyed visiting your Salty Pumpkin Crafts site, May. Geocaching... years ago youngest son and I found two caches pretty close together in our little town. You make me curious if others have been "planted" since, and if those we found are still there. My guess is probably not, but now I wonder what the average life span is of a geocache. Okay... guess I'm going to do a little researching.
ReplyDeleteWhat a good list today! I'm already on to a couple of those things! Maybe I'll add cookies to the list!
ReplyDeleteSounds very creative for Spring ~
ReplyDeleteSnow storm/ice predicted for MA today ~ sigh ~ not Spring here.
Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

Becki,
ReplyDeleteThat is exciting to find a geocache. Have fun researching!
Jeanie,
ReplyDeleteHave fun baking.
A good cookie is a filled date or chestnut cookie.
Carol,
ReplyDeleteZinnia seeds are already sprouting. It is nice to see on such a snowy day.
Stay Warm!
As I am watching the snow wind down here in Nashua, NH, several of your suggestions are very appealing especially listening to classical music which is playing in the background. Rather than think of ways to relax, I would much rather be doing just that. How does one sing to a glass of water?
ReplyDeleteBeatrice,
ReplyDeleteThe glass of water on a table is my choice, nice stable surface where it can't splash at you if you sing off key.
😉😅
Here in the UK snow is being forecast for many areas next week!
ReplyDeleteWe may need plenty of warming soup and casseroles :)
All the best Jan
Jan,
ReplyDeleteWishing y'all have a hassle free pretty snowfall!
