Does anyone know how to edit the Google Archive photos from Blogger?
I can go into Blogger to access Google Archive
I can pick a pumpkin.
Find an edit button, I have yet to locate.
I Googled how to, but still nothing. There is one of the albums with 137 pictures, dozens of the same pumpkin because any time you upload an image into a post, that image is duplicated in the Blogger photo album.
I want to transfer the pictures to a memory stick after deleting all the dozens of duplicates.

I don't know-but is there any way to move the photos to your picture file? Then you could edit them.

ReplyDeleteGoogle changed things with photos a while back.
I don't think the archived pictures are available for editing them out of the archived albums.

I was able to delete photos on one page, but not the main blog photo albums.
Sorry, I just use an editing device on my computer to edit photos. Most of my nature photos are the real thing, only a few made brighter. I hope you find what you're looking for. I love the orange pumpkins I see on your blog every time I visit. ; )

No, but can you download them onto your computer from the archive and then save them to the stick from there?

ReplyDeleteOK. That doesn't work. Try this.
ReplyDeleteOpen a post like you were going to make a new post.
Go to your google photos and add them to the post.
In the post draft, right click and open in new window.
In the new window, right click on each photo and hit "save image as" and that will save it into your computer.
From your computer you can copy onto the stick. (You might be able to copy the image to the stick from that new window using "copy" but I didn't have a handy stick to try that.)

To clarify, the albums are what needs editing to delete the dozens of duplicate photos before I download them to my computer.
My apology for not being clear on that.
I have discovered there is no way to delete duplicate photos from the Old Blogger archived albums.
The newer albums, yes, there is a way to delete pictures.

ReplyDeleteWhen you are in Blogger, and click on the add a photo, the popup box with choices, you can click on the from the blog to see the Blogger photo archives. It can take a while for them to load.
