Deck Garden Update

The deck make-over this year is progressing slowly. The tiny ground garden space still needs to be done. I'm undecided what to put there.

The white pole on the far left of the photo is a 2 x 4 inch stud set inside the large white planter. The stud is spray painted white, with a bracket attached for the hanging basket.

Mr Bixby, the goose had a mishap, back completely broken out. He is a planter now, painted blue for his new role.

P.S.

I'm not sure if it is my old laptop or glitches with Blogger. Things have been moved while some things aren't showing up anymore. I hope it is glitches that get sorted out soon.

    1. Liz,
The heat wave last week made every plant grow like magic!
The lemon balm was small, barely grew since I bought it. Now, it is spilling over the sides of the planter.

I'm watching to make sure the paint on the bouys don't chip in the sunshine heat.

The old laptop is quirky to work with. Hopefully next week I'll decide what laptop to buy.

Mr Bixby looks thrilled with his new role in the garden. I hope he keeps it together with I drill a few drainage holes.

  7. What a charming deck you have. I love that blue goose you painted. You did a great job on that. And your flowers are blooming nicely. I hope you get some hummers at the feeder. That's always a pleasant surprise.
