The Last Week of February 2025

Blueberries & Oatmeal

Starting the last week of February with Wordle on 2 and without a painful limp, feels like Spring is already here.

In anticipating feeling able to engage in more activity, I hung up all the clothes on my exercise bike.

Time to sweep up week of the month brings to mind checking email addresses, updating passwords, noting upcoming appointments and events, and checking the washer fluid in my vehicle.

For March, I’m also shopping for a set of glasses. The ones I bought a few years ago are down to one tall glass. This time I will buy  a sturdy set.

There is no thin line of sun on the horizon out my window today. Last week had glorious sunshine for so many days that it will take another seven for the memory to fade.

Wishing y’all a fantastic week or

as spell check likes to call it, werk!

  4. We have oatmeal pretty much every morning - with blueberries. RC includes raisins, dried cranberries, coconut and usually sunflower seeds in ours and makes enough to last for a couple weeks.
As for buying glasses - check out the thriftie. We like having mismatched glasses!

  5. Maryanne,
Variety is my usual style as well. This year though, I’m trying uniformity to reduce stress.

  6. Your oatmeal and blueberries look yummy. Now, with some pecans, even better. It's so good of you to keep up on your car maintenance. I hope the sun shines for you in the days ahead. We've had rain and sun and overcast and sun. Seems to be sporadic, but that is winter, which I love.

    1. Sheri,
Rain here today and melting snow. It has been a hot tea kind of day.
