Day 66 of Week 10 March 2025
Letting go can be difficult
Today can be one of joy by donating to local thrift stores.
After a while though, my home feels like there’s an eternal spring of things to box up and get out the door. The best way to stop the flow is to not bring things through the door.
That would be a good plan if garage sale season wasn’t around the corner. 😎
Haircut news: Changed from feathered bob to a long wedge profile. The feathered part takes styling time. In summer, I want a wash and air dry do. Next appointment, I’m daring myself to try beach curls for when I want to spend time on my hairdo. Scary but it will be fun.
Gmail. I feel concerned every time I read a headline that I need a new email. Reading the articles doesn’t help much. Google Gmail, as I recall, always deletes dormant email addresses after a couple of years. A warning email is sent before the unused email is deleted. There appears to be something new on the horizon with Gmail. What I have yet to grasp the details. For now, I know my email addresses are all right.
Sunshine this morning here in Vermont. Yesterday’s 50°F ambient temperature was delightful! Out and about, everyone appeared to be in a good mood.
Spring is 12 days and 15 hours away on March 20th.
Have a Smiling Good Weekend!

It's refreshing to try a new hairstyle. I try to get my cut a little shorter for camping but it always looks the same! lol Loving this weather! Cool at night and warm days. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteHugs to you, Diane!
DeleteAn easy hairdo in the summer is a must.
I know what you mean, there was an estates sales in town, and I wanted to go to it, but it was for the week before, so I missed it. Love those garage sales and estate sales. Buying a magazine is a good idea. It's been a while. Enjoy your sunshine. : )

Sheri,
DeleteIt is sunny again today. Very windy though.
A lot of our snow is gone. Yay for spring!
ReplyDeleteMarie,
DeleteLet us hope the snow stays gone.
I've been wondering what's coming with gmail too - hopefully it's not going by the wayside because that might mean my blog would too. Perish the thought!!!
ReplyDeleteI often asked the hairdresser for something new and sadly, no matter what hairdresser I went to, it always ended up looking the same. I finally reached the conclusion that my hair has a mind of its own and will do what it pleases. I refuse to plaster myself with hairspray so that could have something to do with it. Since covid hit I haven't been to a hairdresser - the Resident Chef obviously does just as well for a whole lot less money.
Maryanne,
DeleteAn RChef hairdo must make you look gorgeous!
I rarely change my hair. I have cut it shorter a few times and always regret it. I am an air dry girl all year around. The sun is out today.. and the temps are slowly warming.. I am looking forward to spring.
ReplyDeleteHena,
DeleteHere in Vermont today it is 64ºF.
I'm sure a lot of folks here are feeling spring already.
