On days when there is gorgeous weather, I’ve noted a side effect amongst folks. People smile and will often say aloud, “Beautiful day.” I see joy in their faces. It is extraordinary.
One may wonder why, as I do.
Relief! Methinks it is caused by a feeling of relief that in America, good weather has no executive order to ban it nor ever rightfully will.
Every American, I believe, no matter what their beliefs, feels to some degree the heavy burden of suppression being piled on from the white house.
Please, care for yourself and others well with understanding and compassion. Name calling, lumping generalizations, and violence does not bring peace. Venting can and must be peaceful. Non-violence is the right path.
Not sure why people tend to feel better when the sun shines. I love a rainy day, a misty and foggy day, and also a sunny day. I don't, however, like a hot summer day. I also wanted to mention that I like your new blog design. It's easy to read and comment. Have a good June week. Can't believe it's already mid June!

Yes, caring for people is something we all should do more of.

And if I could get to Canada, then I’d try to bring some folks with me. 😀
