Chilly at 53°F with a steady breeze, sunshine and puffy clouds today. I needed a Nature moment.
Driving was rough because I wanted to turn around and go home. Pushing on, I had no major anxiety surge until I decided to stop at the grocery store. Turning around in the parking lot was as far as I got with that plan before going home.

I wore my favorite flannel shirt (front now covered with potato dust). A small bag of chips, a homemade brownie and 1 liter of ice tea was $8.01 US dollars. Ugh.

How is your day?

    1. Marie,
It was a lovely October afternoon. A pair of osprey flew over as I was leaving.

  2. I spent a quiet day at home - the furthest I ventured was the garden. Your day out was beautiful with that blue sky and wide views.

  3. Flannel sounds so good right now! And beautiful images on your way. That IS pricey for a snack but I'll bet it was good.

    1. Jeanie,
They are the largest and most moist brownie in the area.

  4. Beautiful views! I get how stressful it is to travel anywhere because I'm finding myself more and more wanting to be a homebody. The RC, however, feels the need to get out so I buckle down and take him, even if it's out for coffee.
