Using my iPhone
On Blogspot, the upload photos does not allow adding photos from Blogger or upload from computer.
I have read instructions. None of it has thus far worked for me.
I am signed in to Google and have no cookie block.

The problem continues
I’ve read the Google page . Nothing explains why Google no longer provides the cookies Allow feature when using an iphone. I have reported the problem and given feedback.
Update: I asked Community on Google support. Some help but no solution.

Blog ran out of photo space. Add more storage, problem resolved.
I don't know if this is helpful or not, May, but I think a recent update to my android phone messed with my ability to download photos to my computer. The solution I found online was (using the drop down menu on my phone) to click on a message about the USB, and that took me to a screen on my phone where I could toggle on and off the ability to export photos. It seems every glitch I encounter anymore - especially with photos on my phone - is right after an update. I think the goal is to update my phone into obsolescence 'till I cry "Uncle" and buy a new phone.

DeleteUpdates are notorious for causing glitches.
Writing down the changes I make hoping to fix things is crucial in not making things worse. I will look at export photo settings.

Sorry I'm no help but hopefully Becki had a good tip. I keep thinking I should try to use my phone for taking pictures because I think it does do a better job than my little Nikon but then I remember how much of a chore it is to turn the fool thing on, wait for it to turn on, and THEN take the picture. And then a whole 'nother kettle of fish to try to upload the pictures onto the computer. The camera is much simpler.

I have yet to upload photos from my iohone.
