  1. We see those tracks on our balcony table quite often. Sometimes the mourning doves will nestle down into the window boxes too.

    1. Maryanne,
Doves are funny birds. One day one might make a nest.

    1. Debbie,
It is funny how the fringes where there is no seed, have so many bird
      tracks going back and forth.

    1. Lorrie,
The smaller birds cover up the larger bird tracks. I’m on the look out for the two near openly each other.

    1. Sheri,
I don’t know of a restaurant around that has those all you can eat buffets anymore. I don’t get up to the big city enough. It will be interesting to find one.

    1. Janice,
Vehicles are sources of warmth and protection. I see mostly sparrows hopping
      around under vehicles, metal shrubs.

The colder it is , the more birds show up acting like they are starving.

Warming up now, the birds still hop around on the little snow bank near the deck.

  9. Once again, you inspire me to look closer at my surroundings. There is art even in birds' random footprints.
