Admire them like they’re a dozen.
Last year there was a few tulips. This year there’s plenty of leaves with only two blooms. I think maybe the silver mound crowds them out. Once the flowers are done and the silver mound is taller, I’ll separate them. The bulbs will be farther away.
Maybe later more will appear now that the temperatures are warmer.

Down the street, there is a hair salon, and I always know spring has arrived when I see the yellow tulips blossoming. There are two red tulips in the midst of them all, and this reminded me of that. ; )
ReplyDeleteI wish you beautiful May days.
A beautiful May to you , Sheri
DeleteTwo is better than none! Makes you appreciate them more I think.

I no longer have tulips since the deer discovered them. Oddly, I never see the deer, just know they were there!
ReplyDeleteJeanie,
DeleteThat’s sad. I hope you have Spring bulbs again. Maybe try grow cages.
Squirrels dragged away my daffodils. Two left, one blooms. I’m surprised there are any bulbs left because the skunk digs up everywhere.
May
Absolutely. Always enjoy the flowers.
