Hours I have spent searching browsers, settings, google, everywhere instructions tell me to go.
Not all Privacy & Security settings are the same.
In each browser there are settings. There is suppose to be one for cookies. The only browser where I have found a clearly labeled cookie setting feature is in Safari. Once I shut off rejecting cookies, I can add photos to Blogspot.
