This sunny Saturday in September starts out with my missing getting out the door to the post office before it closes. That’s the way it goes.
I remember when being up early on Saturday morning was the rule. There was a rush to get things done in the free time from the work week. There was an excitement around the treasured Saturday morning.
After reading an Instagram post about if you want to do something, then set plans in motion to make it happen, I start thinking about what to plan.

Bake a casserole
Draw a basket of apples
Learn something new to you
Read about shovel history
Create an autumn salad
Watch a funny movie
Browse rain hats online
Have a nice nap
