Oh, I've seen that commercial before, and it's funny, isn't it? If only the Woodchuck's could giggle like that. I am going with the flow of nature, as we are in the coldest season, and I'm loving it just the same. However, the sun came out today. : )
Wendy, Your blog posts give me a lovely sense of summer! Warmth here the last day has brought a feeling of spring even though there is a winter storm on the way. :)
Oh Maywyn this woodchuck commercial made me chuckle. I am sure they were not afraid of their shadow. I am thinking those poor groundhogs have very little say over there being six more weeks of winter. Take care and thanks for making me smile today friend. Hugs!
I'd be happy to have another 6 weeks of the winter we've been having. After our deeply frozen Christmas week (which the whole country seemed to experience), it's been relatively mild. I am thankful for every non-icy day.
Too funny! haha thanks for sharing forgot today is groundhog day I think-I don't believe his shadow or not. but fun to learn of the prediction. enjoy your day hugs
Yes, that brings us to mid March, several weeks before we can count on spring starting! Whatever the groundhog says.
ReplyDeleteLiz,
DeleteWeather is so fickle. March is the blizzard month as I see it. Still, I am on the lookout for the sun shining in the mud. :)
So now there is controversy about how accurate (from data collected over the years) this guy really is!
ReplyDeleteTabor,
DeletePhil and his shadow shaking friends are all about fun. Science shmiance 🙂 Grumps can have the 6 weeks.
Love those woodchucks. We’ve had enough winter. This weekend is bringing the fourth storm in five weeks.
ReplyDeleteMarie,
DeleteThis new storm is going by here. We missed the last one.
Stay warm & cozy!
Ha! Haven't seen that one! Nature will do what she likes, woodchucks or not.
ReplyDeleteLorrie,
DeleteThat is on of my favorite TV commercials.
That miserable woodchuck tells us we're in for 6 more weeks of this (said, as I look out the window at huge snowflakes falling thick and fast).
ReplyDeleteMarie,
DeleteI say, pay no attention to those phoney weather predictors. 🙂

ReplyDeleteHave a good February week.

Sheri,
DeleteThere has been sun here more this week than I remember for all last winter. It has been amazing.
Happy February!
We are finally getting winter here -- I think there must be at least 10" of snow down now -- and still coming!
ReplyDeleteJeanie,
DeleteSo far nothing here as most is expected overnight.
Stay warm & cozy!
Dee,
ReplyDeleteThey are a cheery duo! I hope someday a longer commercial is made with them as stars. :)
Lets hope winter not too long for you. Here hot one day cold the next in Summer lol
ReplyDeleteWendy,
DeleteYour blog posts give me a lovely sense of summer!
Warmth here the last day has brought a feeling of spring even though there is a winter storm on the way. :)
We can count on snow into April here.
ReplyDeleteWilliam,
DeleteSnow in April this year, I have the feeling, will be here as well.

ReplyDeleteDebbie,
DeleteSame here! I laugh every time I play the video. lol. Hugs!
Love the woodchucks! There laughter made me chuckle, too. :)
ReplyDeleteJenclair,
DeleteThe duo are splendid laugh makers. :)

Carol,
DeleteMother Nature is keen on snow today. :)
Winter has been mild here thus far. That is changing this weekend though. Cute woodchucks.
ReplyDeleteMarie,
ReplyDeleteA favorite commercial as this blogs Groundhog Post:
Winter will be done end of March. :)
I'll wear sandals the first week of April.

ReplyDeleteenjoy your day hugs
Becki, This week is Winter freeze time. Settlig in to the season makes for happier days, especially for the ones that aren't icy.
ReplyDeleteKathy,
ReplyDeleteNeeding a laugh, the woodchucks are certain for chuckle or two. Hugs.
Laughter is so wonderful! Clever ad!
ReplyDeleteNo shadow seen, but the snow will last.
ReplyDeleteWilliam,
ReplyDeleteSnow is ok if there's sunshine.
Lorrie,
Clevet, I agree. All the actors are spot on.
Woody, the Michigan woodchuck, says spring will come soon! I like him better than Phil!
