Scrolling & Thinking At the Same Time
The Why? photograph
Maybe for an example of light?
Two years plus and I have yet to break the mug.
Using a free create a logo website
Noted to try a watercolor
Taken years ago, the cat thought he was hiding.
A perfect Halloween picture for editing to create greeting cards.
Scrolling through my Blogger photo folders is a trip down memory lane. I notice that several of the pictures are like the first one posted here, the Why? photograph. If you have pictures no longer in your system folders, then you can post it on your blog for a save as download. I'm happy to see the mug because it isn't broken. Such a simple pleasure. And more fun is the Salty Pumpkin Studio logo I created on a website where you can create you own logo using their graphics. Later, you can purchase cards and other products. That website is similar to the link below for logo.com.
LOGO.com
This is such a fun post. I'll have to check out the logo site because -- well, why not?!
ReplyDeleteJeanie,
ReplyDeleteCalling cards are nice for anyone to have.
Careful, though, on the paper you chose.
Years ago I bought cards from a popular website, not the one on the link. The card paper is so stiff, the edges are too sharp to be safe.
Oh, I love that mug every time you show it. I'm surprised it hasn't broke after two years. It's so Fall looking too! Sometimes I give away a cup or two when I buy another, but yours is a keeper. It's so unique and pretty.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend.

A lovely weekend to you, Sheri
ReplyDeleteGiving away cups is a good idea.
They do tend to accumulate here via thrift store shopping. I can't pass up a nice cup.
I might change the winter mug hunt to a soup mug hunt. I have two soup mugs, a barnyard. and a Canada. I also use them for hot chocolate and marshmallows.
I've often saved photos and have no idea why. I wonder why I'm keeping all the photos of the grandies that our kids share and I also wonder why I feel compelled to print many of them and put them in albums. Will the kids want them when I'm gone? Guess I won't know...or care.
ReplyDeleteps - Love that mug!!
Maryanne,
ReplyDeleteSaving photos of love ones is normal, and healthy.
I read having family photos around is an indication of good mental health, connections or something like that.
When I tried to unload a bunch of saved things, a love one told me they mean more to me to have them. I said it means more to me that they have them. lol
But when I labeled some photos and things, they were greatly appreciated.
That cat shot is perfect.
ReplyDeleteWilliam,
ReplyDeleteIt was a struggle taking that picture. The cat sat there because he thought I can't see him. Usually he runs off.
