The Deck Garden

The faux buoys need to be sealed where the string

goes into the bottle cap in order to keep out the rain.

Painting a rock to blend in with the garden decor

can add a bit of brightness.

Please note,

I'm still having issues with leaving comments on other blogs.

  1. This is a pretty scene. The faux buoys and coloured rocks are a great idea.

  2. Marie,
The fun thing is the additions to the flowers adds balance, and less need to buy more flowers. I did add a geranium to the goose today though.

  3. Cathy,
Another geranium was added today. I'll toss out some seeds, and then it will be finished for the season.

  4. Your garden deck is so charming. Everything looks green and pretty. And I love the blue duck. You even have a hummingbird feeder. I hope you get these precious ones coming around to visit sometimes.

    1. Sheri,
The hummingbird usually turns up in the afternoon. I haven't seen one in a while though. The feeder is too far back for my chair viewing. lol

  5. Love the colorful buoys. Love them. What kind of issue are you having with blog commenting. Maybe I have ideas.

    1. Jeanie,
For some reason, there are blogs, not all, where I can only leave a comment after I click on the Atom sign up. After that pop up, a comment form appears.

  6. I love the bright blue against the green. Looks so summery. My favourite is the goose of course.

    1. Maryanne,
All the rain is slowing down the flowers.
My herb planter is pretty much drown in all the rain. I only managed to harvest some of the parsley.
