Bachelor Button Sprouts*

Internet wise, if you pause your blog, then your rating on searches and such decreases. Posting a photograph with comments turned off is a way of not losing your blog's Internet ranking. I'm not sure how or what search engine rules are concerning ranking though.

*Using organic potting soil in jiffy planters, seeds sprouted in 4 days.

Day 26 of Week 4 January 2024

The Pondering Crow

When Winter feels like Spring, my thoughts turn to garden planning. This year I want unusual flowers that grow well without grouchy at the weather episodes. 

Parsley, Rosemary & Sage

The herb container garden will be the same, Rosemary, parsley, sage, oregano, basil, mint, and maybe thyme this year. 

Last year the torenia did well. They will be back as the border flowers. I'm thinking of a light blue that likes partial shade. Bachelor's Buttons are good for full sun. I'm looking at Meconopsis aka Blue Poppy. For orange, Bright Lights Cosmos are the choice. The flower season 2024 will begin with pansies.
