Winter Is Back
Imagine what a fun floor it would be painted, stenciled or stamped with bird tracks.
A home with imagination a person doesn't need explained is human nature indoors. Dream of the room first or create it from something you discover shares your aesthetic wave length, both methods breath from our nesting instincts.
Creative idea for the use of this gem of nature ~

Love when we have birds tracks in the snow like those you shared!

ReplyDeleteIt would be neat to stamp a canvas throw rug. :)
Oh, and cut out a tunic to stamp and sew up.

ReplyDeleteThe day is brighter when I see bird tracks...until I have to scrap ice off the windshield. lol
It even came back in north Florida today. I am sure not like yours, but too cold.
ReplyDeleteIt's always delightful to see your photos with the bird tracks in the snow. I don't see that here. This is such a sweet photo. The birds are gentle, and that's why I love them.

Ooooh... I like your idea above of a canvas rug stamped with bird tracks. :)
ReplyDeleteSandy,
ReplyDeleteAs this winter goes, today is warmer at 37°F. Stay warm
Sheri,
The gentleness of birds is a good description.
Even when a cranky dove takes over, birds are soothing to watch.
Becki,
A bird track is an easy subject to carve in linoleum or wood blocks.
Winter is far from done.
ReplyDeleteWilliam,
ReplyDeleteI fear you are right about winter. February hasn't been snowy meams March has a chance to make up for that loss.
How nice to see the tracks in the snow ...
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Jan,
ReplyDeleteThe tracks are like seeing the living room after a party.
They say we're in for an ice storm tomorrow. I suppose we're due for some kind of winter weather in this very odd winter. I love tracks!
ReplyDeleteJeanie,
ReplyDeleteIce is never welcome. I've been avoiding watching the news and weather reports. 😒
