Coffee Via the Distraction

Busy, you lift your coffee mug for a swig not realizing how long you've been online, the mug, lighter than you expect, rises so fast, your swig becomes a splash of cold coffee dripping off your chin. Know the feeling?
(It happened again to me this morning.)
On the bright side, it isn't a glass bottle missing destination face, instead hitting you on the head.

  1. Usually it's stone cold tea. And my aim is getting worse all the time.

  3. For me it's usually lifting the mug to take a sip only to be met with nothing and then wondering whatever happened to it all.
    Enjoy your weekend!

When reading blogs it is easy to lose track of time. Fun reading though.

  10. Ooooo, that's a cool laundry bag. There's always a drawer or two around to clean and organize, right? I've been doing that lately. A spinach casserole sounds delicious.

    Have a restful weekend.

  11. I love the beaded trim on your fabric bag. What rich fabrics! I love maps. I often get lost in looking at Google Maps when I look up an address. Lost meaning I meander around to see what else is nearby, and end up wandering all over the place. :)

  12. Sheri,
The bag was originally a summer purse that I didn't want to bother adding the zipper to. Hanging there, I grabbed it, put the plastic bottle used for laundry detergent in and slung it over my shoulder.

  13. Becki,
Sewing beads on is a relaxing process. It is fun seeing how it turns out. Exploring maps is a good concentration exercise.
