Forget Me Nots circa 2017
Reseeded from a neighbor's yard, the beautiful tiny blue flowers
show up in between the shrubs. I look for them every year.
The photo is a favorite.

Starting off the season with a new system,
Going from a cell phone to a 24 inch screen is bizarre.
It is as if I my eyesight went back thirty years.
A lot of, "Oh my word that's what it looks like!"
Chat time.
What do you think of Tik Tok?
I see the word, "Reel," and an hour or so later,
I have rabbit hole dust all over me,
mainly from watching horses, comedians,
and fun pet videos.
As for the foreign owners with the solid reputation for
hacking, Tik Tok is great positive PR.
Remember the days when folks were scrambling to install
the best rated anti virus program?
Well, as it happens one Very Highly rated was or is
owned by a Russian company.
Give me a LOL on that one, eh.
If you want to know who owns a program, then
give Wikipedia a look see where anti virus stats
are listed showing country owners and such.
Have a fun afternoon thinking of unusual subjects,
then give Wikipedia a spin in your research clicker.

About the blog gadgets at the bottom
I don't know what the background is transparent.
I have tried all backgrounds, and nothing
brings it back to being the same as the
main blog background.
More research to learn how to fix that.
If I go to the default color them, then the background
isn't transparent. Change anything, it goes transparent.
Update: Changed layout to a side bar
I love forget-me-nots too, mainly because of the colour I think. There aren't all that many truly blue flowers.
ReplyDeleteRe the phone vs 24" screen, I can't imagine having to see things on a phone because I'm so used to a larger screen. I wish I had more space on my desktop because I'd love to have an even bigger screen. Having said that,we are limited in the size of our tv due to the fact that it's in a cabinet and last time we needed a new one it was almost impossible to find one to fit. No doubt when this one needs to be replaced we'll have to look at another storage system.

ReplyDeleteTrue, there aren't many blue flowers. I have a container of blue Bachelor Buttons (corn flowers) that are doing well. They go well with orange cosmos.
My TV isn't much bigger than my monitor. lol

ReplyDeleteI've left a few comments via cell phone but never post that way. I have a small laptop (13" screen) which works fine, but if I had more room I'd probably prefer a bigger monitor. 24" must be wonderful!
My daughter lives on TikTok. lol I don't have the app but can usually watch things people share. My rabbit hole is in YouTube land and the list of what I'll watch is very diverse.

ReplyDeleteI also don't have the app as I'm not a fan of installing anything that's not absolutely necessary.
A gift, I opted for an AIO (all-in-one) for practical cost for my use, and screen size.
Forget me nots bloom underneath some of my rosebushes and look like a small blue cloud. Oh reels! I've decided I need to stop watching any of them as it's too easy to get caught up in "just one more".
