Hi Maywyn - clicked on all the mugs...favorite is Blanket Creek Pottery. There is something so cozy about snuggling up with a lovely mug of coffee. Hope you are enjoying September. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteDebbie,
ReplyDeleteGood choice, that is a lovely mug.
The tankard mug by Bennington Pottery is a favorite for the space it gives marshmallows. :) After that, the woodland forest glaze is pretty.
Oh, you know how much I love different coffee cups. This mug is really pretty, and looks sturdy too. At the home shop that I go to sometimes, she has a few pottery cups displayed. I will check out these links, and thank you for sharing them. A delightful coffee cup to start the day is so important to me. ; )

Ooooo, I like that Target cup, and I would definitely buy that one. And the pumpkin mugs spoke to me as well. ; )

Sheri,
ReplyDeleteChoosing a coffee mug in the morning is like picking out clothes, they have to match the mood.
Every year I buy new mug retail or at a thrift store. This year, I was lucky to find one at the thrift store. Mugs can be expensive, really expensive.
Sheri,
ReplyDeleteThe Target mugs are a good price, and festive. They make a nice set.
Bought some news mugs with photos of the grandkids on them. Love them!
ReplyDeleteSometimes I wish I like drinking coffee more. It would feel like justification to buy cool mugs. Except for hot chocolate, I'm not much of a hot drink drinker. And I don't want to encourage my of drinking hot chocolate by investing in cool mugs. All that said, if I found the perfectly cool mug (for my tastes), I'd definitely get it just to have one perfectly cool mug.
ReplyDeleteBecki,
ReplyDeleteThere's tea, herbal teas, and broth.
In winter, garlic bread and broth make a nice snack.
I like cold water in stoneware because it stays colder longer.
Marie,
ReplyDeletePhoto mugs are wonderful!
I think a photo mug of me smiling might cheer me up this winter. :)
There are some wonderful coffee (and tea) mugs around.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Jan,
ReplyDeleteI agree, there are.
I had to stop shopping online I was finding so many!
The ones I chose, are not in stock at the local store. lol
Well not a fan of coffee, but I do like my hot chocolate in coffee mugs. Janice
ReplyDeleteJanice,
ReplyDeleteThe width of the mug for marshmallows is the feature I look for most. Have a lovely weekend!
Hot drinks just don't hold a lot of appeal to me, for some reason. Cold water stays colder in stoneware? That's an interesting thought. I need to try it out!
ReplyDeleteI probably have too many mugs.
ReplyDeleteBecki,
ReplyDeleteThe stoneware mug is thicker to keep heat and cold in longer.
William,
ReplyDeleteToo many mugs!? lol
I break mine so often, that will not happen with me.
